Sploggers are getting sloppier and clumsier. The last spamming comment that Akismet failed to filter out read like this:
{Generally|Mostly|More Often Than Not|Broadly Speaking|In General} I do not post on blogs, but I would like to {say|pronounce} that this post {really|truly|actually} {forced|affected} me to do so! {really|truly|genuinely|very} {nice|good|pleasant} post.

Does it work? Apparently no blogger, no matter how lazy, is permitting this crap. A search on Google for “Broadly Speaking I do not post on blogs” brings up no results (yet).

This spamming comment received today is pretty sophisticated: it uses one of the terms of the domain of this blog, ‘acute’, to use it in a fake question:
