There is a very good swimming pool in Swiss Cottage. It is in the Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre, Adelaide Road, NW3 3NF. The premises are managed by GLL in behalf of the Camden council.
The teaching pool is perfect for toddlers. It has been closed for the most of September and all October so far. The website of the company managing the premises does not offer updates about the closure of the teaching swimming pools. To inquiry about updates, you may phone 020 7974 2012, option 9 to speak with an operator.

Monday 5 October
Due to a mechanical failure beyond our immediate control, the teaching pool at Swiss Cottage leisure centre is closed for repair.
Camden Council and GLL are very sorry about the inconvenience caused to our customers and are doing everything possible to re-open the pool as quickly as possible.
Following a re-occurring problem with the teaching pool we are working with the pool installer to find a permanent solution to the problem. Repairs will be carried out as soon as possible.
We cannot confirm when the pool will be re-opening as a permanent technical solution is still to be identified and agreed with the council.

Believe or not, last week I saw a woman inside the pool covered from the top of her head to the tip of her toes, in the company of a guy and two kids, all seemingly unconcerned about her particular display.
That was morally offensive and rude.
